Request Account Deletion

Submit this form to request deletion of your FacilityHub account and associated data. Requests are processed manually by the Service Provider (Brian Flores) and typically completed within 30 days.

Data that will be deleted:

  • Your account profile and credentials
  • Any user-provided content tied to your account

Data that may be retained:

  • Aggregated, anonymized analytics data
  • Records required to be kept by law
